The concept of the “Rainbow Valley” aims to take advantage of the inherent qualities of the site: The beautiful “Lao” river on the southern side and the 2 canals on the north. The unique landscape has inspired the designers to connect these natural features with 3 landscaped themed parks (Rainbow Valleys) that are interwoven into the developments and bring nature closer to every single land plot. Each valley is designed with different trees and flowers to create a unique identity.
