This mixed-use complex combines the Petro Vietnam Power Company landmark offices and 3 condominium buildings. On the south side, the ensemble shares a common colonnade with retail and service functions connecting all buildings together. To minimize the energy consumption, Petro Power Tower also features elaborate shading fins running through 3 stories in order to create an irregular pattern of alternating screened and un-obstructed views.
