Lotus Factory High Tech Park, District 9, HCMC

Lotus Factory is located at the High Tech Park, District. 9 where gathered most hi-tech companies in HCM City. The project planning is including 2 main phases: The Factory building and The Office building.The Factory building is designed as H shape with 2-3 floors; there’re 2 factories connected by the warehouse located in the middle. The Office building includes 5 floors, the first floor is arranged for canteen and the multi-functional room, the 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th Floors is working offices, and the 5^th floor is presence chamber.

With the coverage of 50%, the Landscaping is designed harmoniously combined between factory building and office building creating a green factory space. The prominent point of landscaping is the large open lake in front of the factory which will be serving for fire fighting, for landscaping, and for cooling.
