Following the success of phase 01 Crescent Mall which provided approximately 46,000sqm net retail area, PMH decides to develop phase 02 comprising an estimated 18,0000 sqm of net retail and 30,000 m2 net office area.
The design of phase 02 will be connected with phase 01 along Nguyen Van Linh Street. The fourth entrance to the shopping mall will be relocated to Nguyen Khac Vien street and next to the office entrance. The maximum height of this tower comprises 25 levels and 01 basement.
