Urban Hill
Built on 4,647 square meter on H6-3 land plot in front of Nguyen Van Linh Avenue in Canh Doi area, Urban Hill, designed by Korn Architects (Germany), consists of two 13-story blocks.
In addition to the shops on first and second floors, the project has an additional two-story supermarket. The highlights of project is glass materials with large windows, glass balcony and partition of the utility room (gym, community room,...) are large glass panels, which will increase the view of the outside, helping the space full of natural light, saving energy, contributing to a healthy living space.
The project has 164 apartments arranged from the 3rd floor onwards, in which, over 62% is a two bedroom apartment with area of 70-74 m2, the remaining is 3 bedroom apartment with area of about 100-104 m2.
Urban Hill was launched in June, 2018 promising to meet the demand of increasing housing in Phu My Hung.
