The pilot project of the German Vietnamese University situated in Binh Duong province close to Saigon, offers a campus style property of over 50ha. In the first phase, a 200million USD project was approved following the convincing detailed feasibility study prepared by Korn Architects. The sensible and clear zoning of the campus featuring a public science park, academic village, sports facilities and student housing was much appreciated by both the German University team and the Ministry of Education of Vietnam.
