The new High Court building in Saigon is breaking the tradition of old heavy and neo-classical administrative buildings in Viet Nam. Korn Architects introduces a friendly, transparent government image in anticipation of future developments in the political system. The building is divided by a 2 story public glass atrium creating a separation between public visitor area and a restricted office area that is situated around 5 courtyards.
