In an effort to improve their direct neighborhood, the investors of Park Hyatt proposed to the city government to turn a parking lot in front of their hotel main entrance into a city park. Korn Architects’design proposed an art themed green island with a variety of water features: infinity edge basins, waterfalls, children playground, grotto and a great main fountain with marble artwork
